Wellness starts with you ...

The only way to have an amazing life is to do the hard work. There is no easy way forward. You need to commit - and - put the consistency in. Think about what you do all the time. That is going to form the basis for how you feel. In yoga we speak often about Brahmacharya - this idea of of where are you putting your life's energy. We are what ever we do the most. When you practice yoga - you are literally redoing your wiring. You are are finding out what you are not good at and learning how to work the problem instead of putting it aside. Hope to see you on the mat soon. I have recently been working on re-inspiring my practice during covid - and this video by Ty reminded me that it all comes down to the beautiful simplicity of you and your breath.
