When is it?

From Good Friday to Easter Monday... twice daily practices, 10.30am-12pm flow and 4pm-5pm restoration – all balanced with better eating, sleeping and guidance towards better life habits. Dates are: Friday April 7 to (and including) Monday April 10, 2023.


What is it?

A four day remote retreat... you pick your location and I'll guide you through the process, step-by-step.

How does it work?

By taking time for yourself and embracing four days of good practice and habits you will recharge your body and soul.


Full course (eight classes) $200 or drop-in day $50, or class $30.
