Good Friday, with two practices, 10.30am-12pm flow and 4pm-5pm restoration – all balanced with better eating, sleeping and guidance towards better life habits. Date is: Friday April 7.


What is it?

A Good Friday retreat day.. you pick your location and I'll guide you through the process, step-by-step.

How does it work?

By taking time for yourself and embracing a whole day of good practice and habits you will recharge your body and soul.
